Ingredients:
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps :
- Finely chop the corn and chickpeas
- Crumble the tofu
- Mix all the ingredients together and shape them into patties
- In an oiled pan, cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side
