  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps :

  1. Finely chop the corn and chickpeas
  2. Crumble the tofu
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and shape them into patties
  4. In an oiled pan, cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side
