- Soft or silky tofu (500g)
- 1 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chip (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Drain the tofu.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Put the 3 ingredients in a food processor and mix until you get a smooth consistency.
- Pour into small jars and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
