  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 packet of soft tofu (150g)
  • Ice cubes

Steps :

  1. Put the spinach and water in the blender to puree them.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix until a smooth consistency is obtained.
