  • 3 branches of finely chopped shallots
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1/8 cup of 35% cream
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia (if desired)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oregano to taste

Steps :

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
