- 1 ½ cups vegetable broth
- ½ cup 2% plain yogurt
- 2 ripe avocados, cut into cubes
- 2 English cucumbers, peeled and cut into rings
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- The juice of a lime
- Fresh mint leaves
- In a blender, reduce all the ingredients (except the mint) to smooth purees. Salt and pepper.
