- 2 shallot branches cut into thin slices
- 2 celery stalks cut into slices
- 1 diced tomato
- Coarsely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Vinaigrette :
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
