Ingredients:

  • A box of mixed legumes
  • 2 shallot branches cut into thin slices
  • 2 celery stalks cut into slices
  • 1 diced tomato
  • Coarsely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Vinaigrette :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  • The juice of half a lime
  • Salt and pepper

Steps :
