Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • Half a baguette sliced
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of wine vinegar
  • ½ cup sliced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 C and put the rack in the center.
  2. Brush the pieces of bread with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and keep only the flesh with as little water as possible.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Spread the mixture over the toasted breads and enjoy.
