Ingredients:

  • 1 buttered muffin tin
  • 2 tablespoons softened or melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Graham or oreo bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 125g of semi-sweet chocolate

Steps :

  1. In a bowl, mix egg, butter and bread crumbs. Put the mixture in the bottom of the muffin pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 C or 350 F by putting the rack in the center.
    In another bowl, beat together the other egg and cream cheese.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  4. Pour the 2nd mixture into the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Refrigerate then to cool completely.
