Ingredients:
- 1 buttered muffin tin
- 2 tablespoons softened or melted butter
- 1/2 cup Graham or oreo bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup softened cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 125g of semi-sweet chocolate
Steps :
- In a bowl, mix egg, butter and bread crumbs. Put the mixture in the bottom of the muffin pan.
- Preheat the oven to 180 C or 350 F by putting the rack in the center.
In another bowl, beat together the other egg and cream cheese. - Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
- Pour the 2nd mixture into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Refrigerate then to cool completely.
