Homemade Alfredo sauce recipe - Restauran Style

One of the best Alfredo sauce recipes I’ve had in my life. A delight for the taste buds.

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • ¾ tablespoon finely
  • chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour all use
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 tablespoons grated
  • Parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of parsley and / or oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Start by melting the butter in a saucepan with chopped garlic over medium heat. Stir 1 to 2 minutes.

Stir in all other ingredients afterwards, continue stirring occasionally just until sauce starts to boil.

Remove from the heat afterwards, let it rest some minutes for thickening even more.

Serve the sauce on your pasta or fish, you can add broccoli too, it’s delicious.

Enjoy your meal!
