Ingredients :

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ¼ cup dried apricots
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of water

Steps :

  1. Put the almonds and cashews in a blender until they are crushed.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
  3. Form into 15 small balls and refrigerate.
